Abstract: Tyler will not "stand in the way" of any favors Buchanan may bestow upon him, even if they include Forney; suggests that Col. Bigler is not happy with Wise; has seen Buchanan, who was kind, but feels he is too "thick" with Forney. Autograph Letter Signed. Including Typewritten Copy of the above Autograph Letter Signed. 1 p.
